Tomatillo Salsa, anyone?

Today was my first attempt at making this delicious salsa and it turned out fantastic, if I do say so myself!


I used a very easy recipe and added about a tsp of chopped garlic and the juice of half a lime. The finished product has the right amounts of heat and cilantro and will grace the little bit of leftover chicken I plan to eat tonight along with the vegetable soup.

This will definitely be a go to condiment for me.
